Merry Christmas!

Blessings in the name of our Savior! As a family over the past year we have grown spiritually and in numbers! Madeline Danielle was born last February and is almost walking. She has found her voice and her clap, and can praise and worship with the best of them. Her brothers Luke (4) and Ian (6) smother her with all their love.

Ian started 1st grade and is doing well. He enjoys football and soccer and over the past year he has demonstrated a sincere love for Jesus as well as Kung Fu Fighting. Boys will be boys. We are trusting that he will be a mighty warrior in the Kingdom!

Luke’s natural sense of humor and apparent dislike to cleaning up toys and finding his shoes has added to the dynamics of the Wilson household. During his Preschool Christmas play, Luke not only played the sheep in the nativity scene, but impersonated Elvis in the bell choir’s rendition of “Joy to the World,” (youtube video below) which became unrecognizable because every one was too busy laughing at Luke’s moves.

Steve is the love of my life; a true partner in the house and a faithful servant in all that He does. I do not know of any other Missionary (of the male gender) who has helped in the nursery so the single Mom’s of Coatesville can be spiritually fed on Sundays and on Wednesday’s Community Night. He has a servant’s heart to see people of Coatesville flourish and be lifted up! I am very proud of the man of God he is and thank you for continuing your support of Him.

As for me, I am embracing motherhood with a new zeal. I am holding on to every puke stained shirt, sleepless night, cuddle, tear and temper tantrum with the perspective that, before I know it, this time will be gone and my kids will be grown. So I thank God for the opportunity to raise these amazing children. I am also training people in Coatesville in prayer counseling, and going away for two weeks in January for some training myself. If God leads you, we welcome any special monetary gifts to GCM to help support this training. The training is to equip me to biblically and effectively teach others how to bring healing through Prayer and God’s word to those who are hurting (very needed in Coatesville). I am excited but very much going to miss my family. Your prayers and support are much needed.
Again we thank you and love each one of you! You are in our hearts and prayers. May God richly bless you and keep you, and may HIS face shine ever so brightly upon you and grant you peace in this Holiday season!
